Gallagher Bassett (GB) is pleased to announce we have been named by icare as the new claims manager for the NSW Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF).

In this role, GB will provide world-class claims assessment, management and payment services to NSW homeowners for all HBCF claims.

The appointment was made as the result of a robust open tender process.

Speaking about the new partnership, icare HBCF General Manager Jon East said: “I’m excited to be working with Gallagher Bassett to deliver claims services to NSW homeowners."
