Insurance News: GB Appoints New Client Research Head

Gallagher Bassett Australia (GB), a leading provider of claims and risk management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Middleton as Head of Client Insights. In this key role, Mr. Middleton will oversee client-facing performance and insights reporting, with the aim of enhancing value for our clients.  

Mr. Middleton brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role, having successfully carved out his career in Operational and Sales roles prior to joining GB. In previous roles, Mr. Middleton has led claims teams, managed supplier performance and was a key stakeholder in delivering for a number of large partners within industry verticals, including vehicle manufacturing, energy, insurance and banking. When asked about his decision to accept this role, Mr. Middleton spoke to the exciting chapter ahead,

In this role, Mr. Middleton will develop and embed a Client Insights strategy as a key pillar of GB’s wider service offering, providing clients with valuable data and insights to support their strategic decisions and understand specific areas of material risk.
