GB invests in and expands Self-Insurance LEADERSHIP TEAM

Gallagher Bassett is excited to present a new blend of talent, formed to lead an exciting new period in Australia’s Self Insurance sector.

The team of Stacey Williams, Executive Director; Ben Sheat, National Self Insurance Manager and John Cvetko, National Account Manager will lead GB‘s renewed technical and customer service focus in the sector.

Stacey Williams, Executive Director of Sales, Account Management and Self Insurance has been with GB since 2002.With nearly 20 years’ experience working across both operational and corporate aspects of the sector, Stacey has played an influential role in projects spanning Staff Capability, Claims Operational Performance, Industry qualification development, a number of large-scale start ups, Self Insurance programs and Sales and Client Management.

Ben Sheat, National Self-Insurance Manager has more than a decade of experience in the personal injury industry, having served as a practitioner, technical specialist, leader and senior manager in both the self-insurance and workers compensation schemes.

Ben’s responsibility for the leadership and performance of the Self Insurance business unit, sees him overseeing both operational and client performance. He works with clients, intermediaries, industry associations and our operations teams. His recruitment brings GB clients a resource with a core blend of regulatory knowledge, an understanding of the intricacies of the SI process and a client’s drivers to achieve and maintain Self Insurance.

National Account Manager, John Cvetko works with our self-insured and GB Assist clients to achieve commercial objectives and implement robust strategies. Alongside the wider GB team, John works closely with employers to mitigate risks, deliver better return to work outcomes and decrease rates of workplace injury.

With previous management, financial and project experience across private and public sector, John is well-suited to improve performance and build strong partnerships with our clients to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing success.

John was part of the core team developing Gallagher Bassett’s new GB Assist products, encompassing injury management, online training, education, online reporting and service-focused resources for employers.
