Managing Director Australia, John McNamara on the 100 day Global challenge,

“We are almost half way through the 100 day challenge and so far it really has been a journey of daily self-discovery, reward and achievement. It is a great initiative and it is amazing to see so many corporate companies taking physical and mental health seriously with the intention of making improvements for their employees.”

GB Team Captain Andrea Moffat says,

“Providing gentle encouragement and reminders to team members is enough to keep them invested in the challenge to obtain their personal goals; whether it’s reaching your 10,000 steps, drinking more water or going to bed earlier”.

Over the past 13 years, the Virgin Pulse Global Challenge has helped transform the cultures of the world's leading organisations and improve the health and performance.
