Nathan has been employed with Gallagher Bassett for 18 months and during his tenure his focus has largely been around the rollout of the Luminos Claims platform, along with enhancements to our process mapping, incident and risk management software.
Given the growth of the business internationally, the Operational Excellence function has become a fundamental necessity to support future growth, share knowledge, keep consistency and gain efficiencies of scale.
Nathan is excited about the new opportunity,

Prior to GB Nathan held a number of Senior Management and Operations positions within the insurance industry, has achieved Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation and holds an MBA from Bond University.
Nathan is married, a devoted father of two daughters, keen cyclist and OV35s soccer player for UQFC.
Nathan will continue to be based on our Brisbane office and is currently in the process of transitioning into this role.
