Gallagher Bassett (GB) is pleased to welcome Michelle Klobas in the new role of Client Services Director for Australia.
Michelle, who is based in GB’s Melbourne office, brings over 25 years’ experience within the insurance industry to the role, having worked across several markets and products. Prior to joining GB, Michelle worked as Managing Principal at Marsh for three years. She is highly experienced and has held similar positions across the Industry.

Michelle will lead GB’s transition from a decentralised client service structure to one national team. Our new structure will reflect a customer centric led approach by placing our customers at the centre of everything we do.

Michelle will manage client services across all product lines including Self Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, General Insurance and Consultancy and will draw together best practices and insights across these products to benefit clients.
