Meet Morgan Drysdale: Knowledgeable, Inspiring National Manager - Risk, Audit and Compliance
Every International Women’s Day, GB recognises and celebrates the accomplishments of the inspiring women we work with. This year, we asked our people to nominate an inspiring female leader that they work with, and we were overwhelmed with dozens of very worthy nominations. After a tough process, nine women were selected to be profiled for 2020, based on their amazing accomplishments over the past 12 months.
All of the women featured in these interviews will represent GB at the Women in Insurance Leadership Summit in August.
Meet Morgan Drysdale, a knowledgeable, inspiring member of the Gallagher Bassett family.
Morgan joined GB in 2019 in the role of National Manager - Risk, Audit and Compliance and National Ethics Officer. Morgan’s team facilitate the enterprise-wide approach to risk management and help guide our business to make great decisions that push GB closer to achieving our Strategy.
Morgan was nominated by her colleagues, who are inspired by the way she always approaches all aspects of her role in a helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated manner. She leads by example, entrusting her team to get their jobs done and not shying away from giving productive feedback.
Morgan embodies The Gallagher Way. She supports the growth of others, always looking towards solutions and willing to assist with any request.
