Gallagher Bassett (GB) has been named as a finalist for the 2019 Insurance Business Awards in the ‘Best Service Provider’ category.
This award recognises the best service provider within the insurance sector operating in Australia.
When judging this category, the following criteria will be considered:
- Overall customer service proposition/point of difference
- Industry’s need for the service
- How the service has added value and overall commitment of the organisation to its customers
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
