Gallagher Bassett is pleased to announce the appointment of Josh Newberry as our Workers’ Compensation Operations Manager for South Australia.
Josh has been at GB for nearly five years, working as a Branch Manager, and has 15 years’ experience within the workers’ compensation industry, having worked within claims management, self-insurance, client services and project management.
Shaun Meehan - SA General Manager, spoke of Josh’s suitability and confidence to undertake the role.
“He has proven to be a highly capable and effective leader in his time here at Gallagher Bassett. Josh is moving into this role at an exciting time for GB and will play a key leadership role in our endeavours to be more innovative and to increase our capability within the claims operation”, said Shaun.
Josh is excited about the new role.

Josh has completed a Certificate in Personal Injury with Deakin University and a Diploma in Management.
Josh is married to Monique and has 2 boys, Isaac and Arlo. Josh enjoys keeping fit and is a passionate Collingwood supporter (he also has a lot of spare time in September because of this).
The appointment was effective immediately.
