Gallagher Bassett (GB) is delighted to announce the appointment of Deanne Bradley to the role of Executive General Manager – People and Culture, effective 19th November 2018.

Deanne has extensive experience as a senior HR leader, with a specific focus on HR strategy and organisational development initiatives.

Prior to joining GB, Deanne’s most recent position was working as Regional People Leader for Aurecon.

Deanne’s previous roles have seen her leading transformational and cultural change, driving talent management and capability development.

Deanne also has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Organisational Psychology degree.

CEO John McNamara is excited to have Deanne join the GB family.

Outside of work Deanne enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new destinations, and dabbling in property development.

Deanne replaces Chenoa Daley as General Manager - People and Performance, with Chenoa moving into the role of Global Vice President, Human Resources.
