GB appoints new Client Relationship Manager

Gallagher Bassett (GB) is pleased to announce that Brett Burnham has been appointed to the role of Client Relationship Manager.

In this role, Brett will be managing the teams of Business Account Managers in Victoria and South Australia, in addition to engaging with the broader business and clients on ways to improve performance, service and outcomes.

Brett initially joined GB in 2002, and worked for six years in a number of operational management positions, before leaving GB to broaden his experience in the wider industry.

He re-joined GB in 2017 as Victorian Sales Manager, before moving across to Client Relationship Manager in October 2018.

He is passionate about delivering exceptional service for internal and external stakeholders.

Mark Daniels, GB’s General Manager for Victorian Workers’ Compensation is excited by Brett’s appointment.

"I’m really pleased to see Brett move into the role of Client Relationship Manager.

Brett has a wealth of knowledge and experience, both in claims management and client services.

I’m confident that he will work with our clients to continue to improve performance, whilst also working with the team at GB to enhance the level of service they are providing our clients."

Brett is excited about taking on the new role:

"I’m really excited to be working with our teams of account managers, our broader operations, and our clients and partners.

I’m committed to helping GB deliver a service that is unparalleled, and create long-term partnerships that are mutually beneficial."

Outside of work Brett used to like going to watch his AFL team, but as that team is Carlton, he now likes to get away on weekends to Phillip Island with his family.

Brett replaces Jarrad Wegener, who has recently been promoted to the role of Customer Experience Manager.
