Gallagher Bassett (GB) is pleased to announce Eric Lam has joined the team as Head of Automation and Applications, effective 28th October 2019.

Eric is responsible for the management of new and existing applications across Australia and New Zealand, and will be pivotal in driving the delivery of further automation opportunities.

Prior to joining GB, Eric worked in the superannuation industry and held a variety of national leadership roles. With over 15 years’ experience in his field, Eric is passionate about delivering outstanding results.
