Gallagher Bassett Australia (GB) is proud to announce that it has won the award for “Best Service Provider to the Insurance Industry” at the 20th Australian Insurance Industry Awards, hosted by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) last week.
The ANZIIF Awards are the premier event for the insurance industry, celebrating excellence, professionalism and community engagement. GB was rated highly by the judges on each of the measures, including customer satisfaction, thought leadership, innovation, people focus, and contribution to the community.
The judges noted that in the last three years, GB has seen its revenue nearly double, realised a 75% increase to its customer base, and—in 2023—improved customer satisfaction scores by close to 14%.
The judges were also impressed by GB’s employee engagement rate, highlighting its continued position above the industry’s average due to the company’s supportive culture.
Pete Nicholson, Chief Executive Officer of GB Australia, said he was honoured to receive the award on behalf of the team.
“This award is a testament to the hard work, dedication and passion of our people, who always strive to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and their customers,” he said.
