Every year, Gallagher Bassett (GB) hosts the GB Awards - a celebration of our people and a chance to stop and reflect on the amazing work they do each and every day.

Pete Nicholson, GB Australia Chief Executive Officer, said:

“Our annual GB Awards program is a fantastic opportunity to recognise the amazing work that our people do every day, and I’d like to thank everyone who took the time to nominate a colleague.

There are eight award categories:

• Process Challenger of the Year
• Emerging Leader of the Year
• Impact Leader of the Year
• Sales Person of the Year
• The National Gallagher Way Award

This year, Antonette Crisci was recognised with the National Gallagher Way award! Melissa Zadey, Branch Manager, nominated Antonette:

“Antonette has taken to the role of Return to Work Specialist so naturally and is significantly exceeding expectations. She provides superior customer service both internally and externally.

Antonette utilises her vast employment history and education to provide a holistic approach to her claims management and service delivery. She is part of our mentoring program and is installing a passion for customer service delivery with our up and coming talent”.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Antonette remarked:

“For me it’s about the connection I make with all stakeholders, being one of many faces representing Gallagher Bassett and achieving some amazing outcomes within the business.

I also enjoy my role which is mainly supporting injured workers within their journey from their recovery and ultimately their return to work, knowing they have succeeded with their goal”.
