In early January 2013, Gallagher Bassett (GB) commenced providing personal injury claims management services in South Australia on behalf of ReturnToWorkSA (RTWSA), formerly WorkCoverSA.
On the 5th anniversary of this account, we were thrilled to have a whopping 66 team members celebrate their five year anniversary at GB – a combined 330 years’ experience between them!
All 66 team members reached their five year anniversary on the same day, indicating that each of them has been part of the GB team since the commencement of this account.
Over the past five years the team have shared some significant achievements and milestones. These include;
- On-boarding close to 200 staff in preparation for the receipt of over 6,000 claims in early January 2013;
- Implementing scheme reform; leading to a philosophical change to the way we manage claims and the advent of mobile case management.
- Adapting to the introduction of new legislation in July 2015.
- More recently, a shift to a new premises at 115 Grenfell Street.
